Jesse Brodsky was born in Manhattan, New York and grew up in Boca Raton, Florida. Jesse attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida and received his B.S. in Political Science. Inspired by his great aunt Birdie Amsterdam, who became the first female to serve as a Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, Jesse decided to pursue a Juris Doctor at Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida.
During law school, Jesse interned at the Office of the State Attorney, Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida and gained great courtroom experience. Upon graduation and successfully passing the Florida Bar Examination, Jesse began his legal career as In-House counsel for a rapidly growing legal marketing firm. In this capacity, Jesse negotiated contracts with national corporations. Additionally, he oversaw the firm’s intellectual property matters including trademarks and patents.
Jesse then moved on to join a private Criminal Defense firm in Broward County, where he dedicated his career to defending the accused and represented clients in various types of criminal cases, from misdemeanors to felonies.
In January 2023, Jesse joined our team and handles various substance use, mental health, and guardianship cases.
During Jesse’s free time, he enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his family and dog Levi.
