If there’s somebody who’s underage, the special consideration if you want to call it special, is that if you’re an adult the legal limit is 0.08. If you are underage it’s 0.02. So, in effect it means if you’re underage it’s much more serious and as a result it’s probably much more likely you’re going to get arrested. The actual penalties and punishments are the same for somebody who’s underage as it will be for an adult.
